This will be a major focus on capacity-building programme for women, men and youths related to income generation programmes as well as livelihood activities. The objectives of the capacity building are as follows:-

 To identify the community-centric, pro-active strategies for promotion of sustainable livelihood.

  • To understand different approaches of livelihood promotion.
  • To understand the concepts of sustainable livelihood.
  • Understand livelihoods beyond income.
  • Identify a few activities and critical interventions that they would like to engage in.
  • Aspire to improve their livelihoods.
  • Realize their own position in the livelihoods scenario of their families
  • Evaluate their current livelihood streams.
  • Rights and entitlements, mainstream linkages.
